I had such an amazing time at my home church, North Phoenix Baptist, this past weekend. I was privileged to lead worship Friday night for our Student Ministry weekend, Sueno. Then, in a quick turnaround, Saturday morning I jumped on the media crew for the church’s Fall We Serve weekend, capturing interviews with those who are participating in various community improvement projects around the city. Saturday night, I was back with the students for round two of worship for Sueno, ending with a bang with Anthem of the Free off the album.
Next, Sunday morning in the worship service I was able to share the vision of the album, and then the band and I did a killer version of the song, “I Have Decided to Follow Jesus.”
Finally, after all that…Director Tony Elliot and I scouted music video locations for the song, “Drive” WOW! I’m tired! but no rest for the weary. I’m jumping right into prepping for the Northrise benefit concert.
