Drive is the very first single off Robert’s Payne’s album, Sunlight. This Official Music Video is the directorial debut of Tony Elliott from Conspyr Media. Shot with relatively no budget, the video is a brilliant representation of biblical parable The Prodigal Son. Infusing the vast desert of Arizona, the landmark Mill Avenue Bridge of Tempe, and the dense freeway laden downtown Phoenix, Tony shows off his chops as a filmmaker to watch out for. Tony’s vision was that the video have the look and feel of the Sunlight album cover, of which he is the photographer, juxtaposed with stark night lights of the city.
